Isaac Success says he’s grateful to Watford Manager Javi Gracia for giving him a second chance to save his career after fighting poor fitness and a lifestyle baggage that almost ruined his career.
Success told Colin Udoh [KweseESPN] “I think I have now become a better person, I have become a better professional and that helped my career a lot.”
Earlier in the year, the Nigeria international was caught in a messy web with three call girls in London, a scandal that hurt his image back home, after a sexual escapade went terribly wrong and lead to an arrest.
“I would like to say thank you to Javi Gracia and Watford that they had belief in me and have been giving me chances all season to build up my fitness level.
“Now, I am in shape and ready to go any time.”
