The Super Eagles triumphed over a local Dubai team with an impressive win in a test held at their Abu Dhabi training base on Sunday.

Played behind behind closed doors, the Super Eagles who are preparing for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, recorded a 12-0 win.

Jose Peseiro’s side established a commanding 6-0 lead by halftime, with Ademola Lookman scoring four goals, while Victor Osimhen contributed with a pair of goals.

Moses Simon, a second half substitute, made a notable impact by scoring twice, along with Umar Sadiq.

Additionally, Ojo Olorunleke saved a penalty in the second half, further solidifying the Super Eagles’ dominance, while the opponents conceded two own goals.

The Super Eagles are set to face Guinea in another test game scheduled at the Bani Yas Stadium on Monday.
