Ex-international, Ifeanyi Udeze has described Brazilian attacker, Neymar’s claim of ‘No motivation’ in Paris as an obvious act of ego.
The Former West Bromwich Albion left-back, Udeze slammed the world’s most expensive player while feeding questions on brila FM’s football360 earlier today.
“To me, Neymar’s issue is Ego, I think he’s too full of himself, and comparing him with other Brazilian attackers, they ‘ve all had similar issues,” Udeze told brila.net.
“Take a look at Ronaldo Delima or the former Nerazzurri striker, Adriano” They always have something to complain about wherever they play outside Brazil.
Neymar is already bored with life at Paris Saint-Germain and missed last weekend’s win over Angers to ensure he was in a top condition to play in Brazil’s upcoming friendlies, according to Sport.
PSG paid a world record £198million to sign Neymar from Barcelona in the summer and although the 25-year-old has played a prominent role in his new side’s near the faultless start to their domestic and European campaign, the Catalan-based outlet claims the star forward has been shocked by the uncompetitive nature of Ligue 1.
Unai Emery’s side has won 10 of their 12 league matches this season, are averaging 3.25 goals per game and swept Angers aside 5-0 last Saturday with Neymar absent as a result of a minor muscle injury, according to his manager.
Neymar, however, linked up with his Brazil teammates on Tuesday and showed no ill-effects during a training session ahead of Friday’s match with Japan and Sport claims he was looking for an excuse to skip club duty at the weekend.
