Union Saint-Gilloise want club-record fee for Boniface

Union Saint-Gilloise are resigned to losing Victor Boniface this summer, but only for good amount of money.

The Belgian Jupiler side are aware of interests in Boniface, with AC Milan, Napoli, Lazio and Union Berlin said to the leading clubs chasing the Nigerian forward.

According to reports, Napoli want the striker to be successor to his compatriot Victor Osimhen, who has been linked to a number of top clubs.

The striker is also one of the targets for German club, Union Berlin who are looking to bolster their attack ahead of next season.

Belgian media , Het Nieuwsblad, claim Union SG admits the Nigerian will be very difficult to keep during the coming transfer period and the club is not against him leaving.

Union SG rates Boniface highly and will demand for a more than the €6 million they received from Brighton for the transfer of Deniz Undav.

Boniface is valued at €15 million and should a deal go through, the fee will topple the Club’s record sale of Undav.
