Nigerian midfielder, Alhassan Yusuf will join the Belgian club, Royal Antwerp from the Swedish club, IFK Goteborg.
Royal Antwerp reached an agreement to sign the 20-year-old on Friday and they are expected to €1.5m for his signature, according to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
The midfielder enjoyed a good 2020-2021 campaign with the Swedish club, IFK Goteborg, and won the Allsvenskan cup with the Swedish side.
The midfielder has a year left on his current contract with IFK Goteborg and they decided to business with Royal Antwerp to avoid losing him for free.
Alhassan joined IFK Goteborg in 2017 after he impressed in the final of a scouting tournament in Sweden
Yusuf won the Allsvenskan Newcomer of the Year award in 2019. He is yet to play for Nigeria at an international level.
