Stoke City is the first Premier League side to be confirmed relegated officially from the Division this campaign following their 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace this afternoon.
Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are safe and could be joined by West Bromwich Albion who have to beat Tottenham Hotspur to keep up their survival hopes.
