Calvin Bassey reveals Target for next season

Calvin Bassey has vowed that Rangers will bounce back and “go again” next season after losing Scottish league title and Europa League final.

The Gers won the Scottish Cup against Hearts, but had lost in the League title race to rivals Celtic.

Rangers’ hope of ending their European title drought also hit the rock as they lost in Europa League final to Frankfurt via penalty shoot out.

Despite missing out on two big titles, Bassey rates the campaign as a success and believes they’ll be back fighting next season.

“It was an amazing season, I played 50 games and obviously it is amazing to be part of the team,” the 22 year-old told

“We won the cup which was a proud moment. It was an amazing experience and we’ll be back next season.”

Bassey was voted player of the match in both the Europa League and Scottish Cup final.
