Akwa united long serving player Otobong Effiong has attributed the balanced result of teams in the league to fair and improved officiating with virtually all match days in the 6 round games played producing a spread of result that has seen teams win and draw games anywhere in the league.
Effiong speaking in a chat with brila.net hailed the level of officiating witnessed in the league so far but stressed that it is very expedient that the standard is maintained for the length of the campaign.
“It’s been fair these days what we have seen with officiating and it is good because teams can win, draw or lose anywhere in the League. However this must continue to the end of the season.”
