Chelsea may have been handed the EPL title initiative by another London club after West Ham pipped title-chasing Tottenham Hotspur, 1-0 at the London Stadium on Friday night.

Midfielder, Manuel Lanzini pounced on a defensive mix up to punish Mauricio Pochettino‘s men on the 65th minute.

It was the Argentine’s 8th goal of the season and it saw them climb to ninth on the table and Spurs can potentially slip to seven points points of the league leaders, Chelsea.

Antonio Conte‘s men can go on to wrap up the title chase if they win their next two matches against struggling Middlesbrough, at home on Monday.

Chelsea will also need to pick further three points on the road to West Brom next to sum up the battle of the top two this season.
