Assistant coach of Nigeria’s Handball national team Solomon Yola has stated that the Nigeria senior men handball national team is ready following the resumption of a large chunk of invited players been home based players on camp opening day.
Yola who will take charge of the first one week plus said the players have all shown the willingness to get to work straight away with the exception of foreign based players who will be joining the team at a later time alongside head coach and the travellers coach provided by the International Handball Federation.
“The team has resumed, the players arrived Sunday evening and work start today. Before the arrival of the travellers coach and coach Rafiu Salami there is a program set out already for us to start so the players are prepared. Everybody is prepared for the job ahead.”
