Vice President of the Nigeria Cricket Federation Dr. Uyi Apata has stated that the Nigeria Cricket Federation intends to ensure that the Nigeria U19 national team earns the ticket to play at the 2020 U19 Cricket world cup.
This came after an impressive showing so far by the U19 national Cricket team where they won the regional qualifiers as well as the Division 2.
Apata speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the NCF intends to ensure that they consolidate on this achievement by providing the team with the necessary support to emerge among 5 other contenders in Namibia to earn the ticket to play at the 2020 U19 ICC world cup.
