The Nigeria Wrestling team and members of the delegation will be hitting Lagos today after their successful outing in the All African wrestling Championship that was held in North African country, Tunisia.
President of the Federation Daniel Igali in an exclusive chat with brila.net earlier today confirmed the movement to our reporter Mohammed Saliu.
The Chat reads:
‘We will arrive Lagos today April 03, wed 2019 on-board Turkish airlines Tk625 19:20hrs (7:20 pm)… We had a poor connecting flight that made us stay over at Istanbul last night’
The Nigeria wrestling team emerged retained their title of being the champions in Africa with more than 15 medals of which Odunayo Adekuroye emerged the best wrestler of the competition.
