Asisat Oshoala celebrated her African Women’s Player of the Year award with four goals in FC Barcelona’s 6-0 victory over CD Tacon on Saturday in the Primera Division Femenina.
Oshoala scored twice in either half as Barcelona extended their winning run in the league to 13 games, as well as stretching their lead at the top of the table to 7 points.
The Nigeria international has now scored 14 goals in 14 league appearances this season, seven of those coming in the last three games.

On Tuesday, she was voted the best footballer on the continent at the CAF Awards in Egypt, becoming only the fourth player to win the award four times.
CD Tacon had Osinachi Ohale play all 90 minutes on the day.
