Pillars getting ready to play continental games away from Kano – Musa

Kano Pillars coach Ibrahim Musa has stated that the Kano based side is bracing up to play away from home next season as they seek a new home with the home ground Sanni Abacha stadium already serving the purpose of Covid-19 isolation center.

Musa speaking in a chat with brila.net said it is really not a good one for the team but equally understands that commitment of the state in the battle against the Covid-19 pandemic and will have to ginger the players to also brace up for what will become of the team adopting a new home with Bauchi and Kaduna as options on ground for the team.
“We are not picking Bauchi directly so Kano state Government asked our management to go to Bauchi and Kaduna to check so when the CAF inspection team comes they will give them two options so the one they chose is okay for us, because of the Corna issue Sanni Abacha stadium became an isolation center.
“We are not happy but we can’t do otherwise because our Governor is very concerned about the health of people of Kano state about this Corona issue.”
