Barcelona crashed out of Champions League as Roma produce Incredible comeback

Spanish giant, Barcelona has been sent packing from the Champions League after losing 3-0 to Italian side, AS Roma at the Stadio Olympico in Italy.

Two own goals along with strikes from Gerard Pique and Luis Suarez has put Barcelona in control of the tie following the first leg at the Nou Camp.

But Edin Dzeko’s away goal has given Roma hope ahead of the clash in the Italian capital as they go in search of three unanswered goals in front of their own supporters to seal a shock result and a semi-final place.

Daniele de Rossi penalty made it 2-0 to the home side in the 58th minute after Edin Dzeko had secured the early breakthrough before Kostas Manolas headed a third for the Italians in the 82nd minute.

Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde selected the same XI that started the first leg last week, with Sergi Roberto and Andres Iniesta operating in the wide midfield areas once again.
