Umar Sadiq predicts “deadly” Super Eagles Eagles Strike Partnership

Umar Sadiq believes he can form a good partnership the Victor Osimhen in the National team.

Sadiq and Osimhen are two of Nigeria’s most consistent strikers in Europe in the past two seasons, but the duo have not feature together.

However there very strong indications neither would be available for Nigeria’s games against Mexico and Ecuador.

While Osimhen has asked to be excused from the games, Sadiq will be on club duties with Almeria in a promotion battle.

But speaking on the quality of his compatriot and the possibility of a strike partnership in the National team.

“Of course. Victor [Osimhen] is a great player,” Sadiq told GOAL.

“As you can see, he has been doing great things for the past two years. He did it in France and now, he is doing it in Italy.

“I can assure you that if I play with Victor, we are going to do big things [for the Super Eagles].”
