Terem Moffi finally got off the mark at his new club OGC Nice with a brace and registered an assist in a man-of-the-match display in the side’s 3-0 win over Monaco.

The impressive victory started with the Nigerian striker scoring just eight minutes into the game.

Moffi got his second off an assist from Kephren Thuram in the 26th minute and then two minutes before the break, he turned the provider by setting up Thuram for the team’s third.

The first-half rout of Monaco ended his three-game drought and takes the team to the 7th position on the league, with 5 points outside the European competition qualifying spot.

Sunday’s strike takes Moffi’s tally to 14 goals and 1 assist, three goals behind the league’s highest goals scorer Kylian Mbappe, who has 17goals and 3 assists.
