Number 23! Chuba Akpom incredible goalscoring form Continues

Chuba Akpom netted his 23rd league goal of the season for Middlesbrough on Tuesday.

The striker scored in the first half against Stoke City to continue his incredible run of goals for the Premier League promotion chasers.

The 26-year-old finished Riley McGree’s pass neatly in the 23rd minute, but it wasn’t enough to give Middlesbrough the needed win as Ki-Jana Hoever leveled matters just before half-time with his third goal in two games.

The result stayed that way till the referee sounded the final whistle. The draw leaves Boro three points behind Sheffield United, who head to Sunderland on Wednesday night.
