Super Eagles midfielder, John Ogu has revealed that he cannot wait to step on the field and take on the Polish national team in an international friendly.
Ogu revealed this in a chat with brila.net earlier on Monday, the player said it would be good for the team to test their strength against a team with the best striker in the world, Robert Lewandowski.
According to the 29-year-old Midfielder, it will go a long way in helping the national team realize how good they are while thanking the NFF for organizing such a friendly match.
Ogu further stressed his excitement at facing Bayern Munich’s striker and Polish National team Captain, Robert Lewandowski, a Player he described as the World Best Striker.
“It will be really massive to face Lewa, presently he’s the best forward in the game and, I’m looking forward to facing him” Ogu stated.
Nigeria will be facing Poland in a World Cup preparatory friendly game on 23rd March in Warsaw [Wroclaw], Poland.
