Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen was spotted in Germany on Wednesday, sparking speculations that he could be on his way to Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich is one of the teams interested in Napoli’s striker, following his breathtaking performances for the Partenopei this season.
The former Wolfsburg man played a key role in Napoli winning its first Scudetto in 33 years, netting 23 goals in 30 league appearances.
As reported by Bild, Osimhen was seen in the streets of Berlin Wednesday morning, sparking rumors that he heading for a meeting with the Bavarians over a transfer this summer.
However, sources close to the player, have denied the reports, claiming the 24-year-old is in Germany for a short holiday.
Osimhen’s partner, Stephanie is a Germany, born and raised in Wolfsburg, so it’s the reason he’s in the country.
With the move to Bayern Munich unlikely, Manchester United and Chelsea are left to battle it out for his signature.
