Plateau United players unhappy with poor form

Plateau United’s Beninoise import, Salomon Junior is not happy with the former Nigerian champions’ below-par performance so far in the NPFL and he made this in a chat with brila.net.
The Squirrels of Benin Republic player noted that the abridged league season has not been going as planned for Plateau United but hopes their fortunes will improve.
“It hasn’t been one our best season. We are not so happy about our overall performance this season. We are not so happy about it but I guess things like this happen in the game of football. We are hoping on the nearest future we can turn things around.”
Plateau United has amassed 11 points from 10 matches played so far in Group B of the NPFL and dangerously lie 9th on the 12-team log. The bottom 4 in each of the 2 groups of the NPFL will be automatically relegated at the end of the season.
