Super Eagles forward Samuel Chukwueze and his Villarreal teammates will undergo medical check ups starting from this Wednesday.

The medical examination is part of the club’s routine activities before commencement of pre-season.

According to information on the club website, all the players will undergo the check, including summer signings Denis Suarez, Santi Comesana and Ben Brereton Diaz.

The exercise will end on Friday, while official pre-season will begin from Saturday at the José Manuel Llaneza Training Ground.

Villarreal lined up a series of exhibition matches for the team, starting with a clash against Swiss side, FC St Gallen on July 15.

The Yellow Submarines will then play against Austrian side SC Rheindorf Altach three days later.

The game with Hannover follows, before the battle against Dutch Champions Feyenoord on July 27.
