The Nigerian Flying Eagles will be participating in an eight-country Invitational tournament that will be held in Turkey by October.
The WAFU B champions are to use the tournament to test their strength after they emerged champions from their zone during the qualifiers.
Speaking on the development, the Chief coach of the team, Issa Ladan Bosso in a chat with brila.net revealed that he, alongside team secretary Ali Kairo and the NFF Secretary General Dr.Muhammed Sanusi have been putting their heads together in other to get a competitive training tour for the team.
“We are trying to put our heads together myself, the Secretary of the team Ali Kairo and the secretary general Dr. Sanusi because the man has been very supportive to us and what we are looking for it’s for the time because the nations cup will start in February next year, we need to engage ourselves from time to time and what is on the ground now is to get involved in the eight countries invitational tournament in Turkey and that’s why we have been moving to see how we can get involved coming up in October this year 2022.”
