Emmanuel Dennis said he’s satisfied with his Premier League debut for Nottingham Forest, but believes they deserved more from the game.
Dennis was introduced in the 69th minute and replaced Jesse Lingard in the games against Spurs.
The Nigerian attacker had an impressive outing and was unlucky not to grab a goal for his team.
Despite his best efforts and the entire Forest team, Spurs managed to runaway with the maximum points, no thanks to moments of individual brilliance from their talisman, Harry Kane.
In his reaction, Dennis however said, he’s happy with the league debut, but not the outcome.
“Happy with my debut, we deserve more but we keep working,” He tweeted.
Happy with my debut yesterday
Deserve more but we keep working 🙏🏽🔴 pic.twitter.com/oO3fpbeQ5E— DENNIS BLESSED (@dennisblessed42) August 29, 2022
