Former assistant coach of Nigeria’s senior national basketball team D’Tigers Abdulrahman Mohammed has stated that the men basketball national team have more work to do after the team’s below-par outing at the just conclude final window for the 2019 FIBA world cup in China.
Abdulrahman said it was shocking to have seen D’Tigers lose two of three games in Abidjan despite having secured qualification to the world cup but was quick to warn that it shows teams have scouted well on the team and should also give Nigeria a reason to work harder together in camping the team.
